Standing Committees include a Governance and Audit & Finance Committee, whose members are elected by a plurality at the Annual Meeting and serve until the next Annual Meeting. On an annual basis the Board Performance Evaluations are disseminated to board members for completion and returned to staff. The results are aggregated and forwarded to the Governance Committee for review and recommendations to the full board when appropriate.
