The Warren County LDC is piloting a Residential Pre-Development Loan Program to support the construction of new residential construction in Warren County.
For builders inside the Adirondack Park, this program can help navigate the unique building challenges within the blue line. From environmental assessments to special site surveys, we provide the financial backing you need to move forward with confidence. For builders outside the Park, we’ve got you covered with funds for site planning, permits, legal fees and more.
