EDC Warren County statement regarding COVID-19 Outbreak

During this unprecedented time Economic Development Corporation, Warren County (EDC) wants all of its members, stakeholders and public at large to know we are working with federal, state and local agencies, officials, financial institutions, and organizations to provide the most up to date information on what potential programs and relief is in place and may be coming over the near future. These programs may be in one of the following areas: Low interest loans, grants, workforce assistance, supply chain availability and more.  EDC is keenly aware of the unprecedented nature of these actions and the potential economic impact they will have both in the short term and beyond.

We would urge everyone to follow the cautionary directives detailed by local officials and NYS Governor’s Office and we offer EDC’s assistance to public health officials and healthcare community to bolster efforts in whatever capacity we can over the next several weeks.

EDC supports our local small businesses and services and encourages everyone to do something to help sustain these important local enterprises during this time.

Seeking Six Companies for N-95 and Ventilator Production
FuzeHub’s COVID-19 Manufacturing Grantsare designed to aid existing New York State small to medium-sized manufacturing companies that can meet prevailing FDA requirements and can quickly accelerate production of personal protective equipment and respiratory care equipment that has been depleted due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
