Paul joins us as part of a strategic effort to broaden our board’s representation and bring fresh perspectives from key sectors of the local economy. Earlier this year, our board approved the addition of two new seats, specifically designed to include greater representation from the business community. Paul’s expertise and leadership are a perfect match for our vision.
Paul Wersten currently serves as the Corporate Banking Team Lead at Arrow Financial Corporation. Glens Falls National Bank, owned by Arrow Financial, is a premier financial institution and an economic cornerstone of Warren County. With decades of experience in banking and business development, Paul has demonstrated a deep understanding of the financial needs of local enterprises and a steadfast commitment to fostering their success. Under his leadership, Arrow Financial continues to play a pivotal role in supporting the economic fabric of our region.
In his current role, Paul works closely with businesses across various industries, helping them access the resources they need to grow, innovate, and contribute to the vitality of our community.
