Foothills Business Daily reports that Russ Porreca, owner of Raul’s Mexican Grill,  purchased the building at 72 South St., the former home of Dizzy Chicken.

Raul’s is staying at its 164 Glen St. location for the next two years to complete the terms of its lease. The move will include a few changes including a three-season bar at the rear of the building.

Many improvements have been made to South Street over the past few years and as the city makes strides in attracting new businesses and apartments.

Porreca tells Foothills Business Daily, We’re very excited about the move. With everything happening on South Street, it’s going to be a great location for us.”
