On May 13, New York State released guidelines/requirements for the various sectors for re-opening for Phase One and for other businesses that will be eligible in subsequent phases.
To clarify the matter of re-opening plans by individual businesses: there is no requirement to submit a plan to the State for approval. However, it is suggested that individual plans be developed and posted in a visible location within the premises.
