Queensbury Comprehensive Plan

The Town of Queensbury is in the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan—a forward-thinking roadmap to guide responsible growth, economic development, and quality of life for the community over the next decade and beyond. As part of this process, the town has launched the Robust Community Connection initiative, a dedicated effort to ensure every voice is heard. Through in-person forums, surveys, and digital outreach, the initiative fosters open dialogue between residents, businesses, and local leaders—prioritizing transparency, accessibility, and inclusion. EDC Warren County is proud to support this important work as Queensbury shapes a vibrant, resilient future rooted in collaboration and community input.

Community-Driven Planning

Queensbury’s local government is deeply committed to smart, sustainable growth that balances economic development with the community’s long-term well-being.
Whether it’s revitalizing key commercial corridors, protecting open spaces, or investing in infrastructure, every initiative is guided by a thoughtful, forward-looking strategy.
What sets Queensbury apart is its emphasis on public input and transparency—residents are not just spectators but active participants in shaping the town’s future.
From public workshops to open board meetings and accessible planning processes, community voices are invited, heard, and valued.
This inclusive approach ensures that growth aligns with local values and creates real opportunity for families, businesses, and future generations.
