EDC Warren County congratulates Sylvain Cloutier on being named the new Head Coach of the Adirondack Thunder, the ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils. A member of the Adirondack Hockey Hall of Fame and longtime fan favorite from his days with the Adirondack Red Wings and Frostbite, Coach Cloutier returns to lead a team and a region with a deep, proud hockey legacy.
