EDC Warren County joins our community in remembering Fred Champagne, a dedicated public servant, educator, and longtime advocate for economic development in Warren County.
Fred served as President of the former Queensbury Economic Development Corporation (QEDC), an organization whose legacy ultimately became part of today’s EDC Warren County. During his many years representing Queensbury as a Supervisor-at-Large on the Warren County Board of Supervisors, Fred was also a valued supporter of EDC and its mission to strengthen our regional economy.
Throughout his decades of public service, Fred demonstrated a deep commitment to education, community development, and the long-term vitality of Warren County.
We extend our sincere condolences to Fred’s family, friends, and colleagues, and remember with gratitude his many contributions to the community he served so well.
