The Board of Directors voted unanimously Monday, Jan. 18, 2022, to sign a lease to occupy offices in the historic Empire Theatre on the second floor of 11 South Street, Glens Falls, NY.

EDC has been a tenant of 333 Glen Street since 2016. The new space is slightly larger and will accommodate EDC’s staff as well as board and committee meetings and small workshops. Parking will be available nearby in lots on South and Elm streets.

“The 333 Glen Street offices are a true landmark in Downtown Glens Falls, and we have loved being a tenant here,” said EDC President Jim Siplon. “We look forward now to contributing to the new and very positive energy on South Street in Glens Falls. The vibrant restaurant, cultural and small business scene in Downtown Glens Falls is a great way for us to be able to introduce people to all of the assets of Warren County.”
