Adirondack Health Institute in partnership with Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization has expanded their telehealth partnership to create the North Country Digital Inclusion Coalition. The Coalition is formed by representatives in the North Country region from diverse disciplines including healthcare professionals, telehealth experts, community leaders, telecommunications professionals, broadband advocates, local universities, library systems, and other digital equity stakeholders. The Coalition works to identify challenges and barriers faced by providers and individuals in rural communities, successful methods in providing and participating in telehealth services, and to determine areas in need of improvement to ensure telehealth services are sustainable, accessible, and affordable throughout the North Country region.
The North Country Digital Inclusion Coalition has created two surveys aimed to identify barriers to telehealth access and digital equity and to gain perspectives from providers and community members regarding telehealth utilization and challenges.
If you are a healthcare or social service provider in the North Country, please take a few minutes to complete the following survey, and please share the survey with your colleagues as well: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NCDIC2
