Dawn and Chris Davidson purchase Heritage Apartments in Glens Falls

Queensbury High School graduate Dawn Davidson and her husband Chris Davidson have purchased the Heritage Apartments at 425 Glen Street in Glens Falls, the former Glens Falls Junior High School, for $6.3 million, reported The Chronicle this week. They plan to rename it District 425, a reference to its history as a school and the property address.

The couple lives in Boston but have invested in Glens Falls, having purchased Bemis Place and other properties on or near Sherman Avenue, with 78 renovated units over three properties.

The Albany Business Review reported that the Davidsons’ business, Staghorn Property Management, has invested more than $10 million in less than four years, with nearly 200 units in their portfolio.
