EDC’s Statement on the Passing of Fred Monroe
EDC Warren County is saddened by the loss of such a wonderful individual, longtime government leader Fred Monroe. He had always supported our work and we are grateful for his unwavering leadership in our community. Fred always worked with friends and neighbors across county lines to create a regional approach. We are contributing funds to honor his life and support the Loon Lake Park Association in Chestertown, NY.
