Glens Falls Makes National List of 25 Best Cities For Restaurant Workers

The popular relocation-centered website MoveBuddha ranked Glens Falls 18th out of the 25 best cities nationwide for restaurant workers.

Criteria for this list included cities with an optimal balance of hourly wages, affordable living, and job demand for restaurant cooks, waitstaff and hosts.

MoveBuddha estimates that Glens Falls has a total of 1,430 restaurant jobs with an average hourly wage of $13.13, which is well above the national average of $2.15 per hour for tipped workers.

Glens Falls saw the highest job availability for servers followed closely by cooks and lastly by hosts.
