Warren County Weekend: June 14-16

We’re heading into another beautiful Warren County weekend and we’re looking forward to some sunshine! Here are a few events and activities across the county to keep in mind:

Lake George New York

Aloha 5K ∙ Glens Falls: Grab your running sneaks (and your Hawaiian shirt) and head to Haviland Cove Park this Saturday to welcome summer with the Aloha 5K! Benefitting Amanda’s House at Glens Falls Hospital, a home away from home for those traveling from a distance for treatment, the Aloha 5K (and 1 mile Family Fun Walk) kicks off at 9am on Saturday morning and winds along the beautiful Feeder Canal. While online registration is closed, you can still sign up in person at the event from 7:30-8:45am. Details here!

Lake George Spring Restaurant Week ∙ Lake George: Hope you’re hungry! Lake George Restaurant Week runs through Saturday – enjoy 3 course meals for $35 at participating restaurants in and around Lake George, all featuring a summer fruit themed menu. Find a list of participating restaurants here!

Sembrich Summer Festival ∙ Bolton Landing: Have you been to The Sembrich? Their summer festival invites you to experience world-class music on the shores of Lake George. This Saturday’s event features the host of Sirius XM’s Symphony Hall, Vincent Caruso, for a discussion of his journey through classical music and radio, along with a guest performance by Joel Brown and the Finger Lakes Guitar Quartet. LGA Fourth Wave Summer Kickoff Party: The Lake George Association’s Fourth Wave is an influential group of young professionals and business leaders united in a shared passion for protecting Lake George. Join them for cocktails, charcuterie, and a cruise on the lake this Saturday beginning at 5pm – all ticket proceeds (and 50% of bar!) will benefit the LGA – grab tickets here!
