Originally established as a commercial/industrial park over 20 years ago, Tech Meadows is a 46-acre, largely undeveloped property at the western edge of the city of Glens Falls, bordered by Upper Sherman Avenue, Luzerne Road, and Veteran’s Drive just off Exit 18.The property is uniquely owned by the City of Glens Falls but surrounded by the Town of Queensbury on all sides.

We will discuss the history of the property, current zoning, and explore multiple options
for its future use.
